Appointments: Walk-in appointments accommodated, but reservations are strongly recommended. Please have credit card ready when reserving.

Arriving for your experience: Plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment, allowing time to check in, wind down and share your skin and treatment preferences.

Location: Our facility is located at 4103 Boardwalk Drive, Suite 100, in Fort Collins, within the Promontory Office Park, next door to the post office.

Gift Cards: A Medi-Spa Gift Card is an easy way to show a friend or loved one that you care. Gift cards are available throughout the year, in any denomination and redeemable for both treatments/products. Order by phone (970) 204-0400 or in person.

Payment: Cash, checks, major credit cards accepted.

Cancellations: 24-hour notice required for appointment date changes or cancellations, and a 48 hour notice for packages. A 50% cancellation fee is charged if you are within either of these time periods when canceling an appointment or package. “No-shows” result in a 100% charge for all scheduled services and/or packages.
